It’s essential we know as much as we can about your dog. Our comprehensive application form is to ensure the happy integration of your dog into the pack.
Fill out the application form on the home page and submit back to us either by attaching to an email or print and bring the completed form with you.
Call us on 574 5125 to schedule a half-day trial* allowing us to monitor your dog’s body language and interaction with other dogs. We pride ourselves on taking the time to ease your dog into the club environment. It's about making sure we're the right fit for each other.
We will discuss the most suitable membership option. Please note we must sight proof of vaccinations.
*Trial spots must be paid in advance.
To ensure a safe environment for all our club members, dogs must meet the following behavioural criteria:
Well socialised, or in training
Our policy of full disclosure requires all dog owners to guarantee that their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or other dogs.
The Dog Club reserves the right to dismiss a dog whose behaviour is inappropriate for daycare.
WHAT'S RIGHT FOR MY DOG?
The daycare environment is quite simply not for all dogs. Dogs all have their own personalities, and some personalities and temperaments are simply better suited than others to the large group environment of daycare. This is why we have a comprehensive evaluation process.
Please allow time to meet with us for approximately 15 minutes. This gives us a chance to talk through your application form, let's you see our facilities, and allows us to address any concerns you may have regarding your dog. Then leave your dog with us for an initial half day.
WHAT IF THE DOG CLUB IS NOT RIGHT FOR MY DOG?
If we decide that your dog is not right for The Dog Club, or we must withdraw your dog due to behaviour or safety concerns, it is not a negative comment on your dog, and does NOT mean your dog is ‘bad’. It simply means that the daycare environment is not the best environment for your dog and other options should be explored.
